Praying

This is a way of speaking to God especially to give thanks or ask for help. We use prayer as a way of opening our hearts to God. To center ourselves, to accept who we are and to become more present and aware. To express our thanks. We also use prayer as a method of forgiveness for both the things we have done in our lives and for the wrongs we feel have been committed against us. And mostly we can use prayer to connect with others.

Friends

They are people with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically one exclusive of sexual or family relations. They are the people who call us on our issues, push us to grow and support us through this process. We have 3 types of friendships; Friendships of utility, exist between you and someone who is useful to you in some way. Friendships of pleasure, exist between you and those whose company you enjoy and friendships of the good this kind is based on mutual respect and admiration, it takes longer to build than the other two kinds.

Importance of rules

Rule is a statement of what may, must not be done in a particular situation or when playing a game. They can be bend/stretch. Rules are important because it can help guide actions toward desired results. It helps ensure safety. Makes it clear that you’re an adult. Can create trust and make space for those who aren’t popular. There are rules everywhere people go. Families, schools, teams have rules. So do extracurricular and we all need to obey to them.

Leisure

Leisure is the freedom from work, school or other responsibilities and tasks. It measures the time we set aside to socialize, exercise our minds and bodies and focus on our own interests.The total leisure time have two categories. Active and passive leisure time. Active leisure is divided into three categories of activity: Social leisure , here the focus is to socializing with family and friends. Cognitive leisure has to do with hobbies, games and other mentally stimulating activities and lastly is physical leisure which encompasses sports and exercises. All this exercises often occur outside the house and involve contact with others. Passive leisure this are times we spend at home and tge activities we do require little effort i.e listening to music or radio.It provide relaxation which is good for mantal health. Leisure purpose is two escape from work and personal worries, to just focus on yourself snd disconnect. Thime spend in this two types of leisure should be balanced.

Respect

Respect is a deep feeling of admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities or achievements. We show respect because it's important in life, we show it by listening to what others has to say. Affirm by showing them they matter. Serve , being polite and thankful all the time. Everyone want respect, everyone should show respect. So hopefully everyone will receive the respect they're due and the'll grant the respect due to others regardless their age, gender or life .

How to fall in love with yourself

Give yourself what you need instead of waiting for others to do so. Embrace both your strengths and weaknesses. Be gentle to yourself in every situation. Stop resisting. Be your own bestfriend. Practice, practice , practice. Know that self-love is the starting point for being able to truly and selflessly love and show love to others. It doesn't make you selfish.

Love

Love is another form of dedication passion, consistent performance. It can evaluate happiness. We can say that happiness is indirectly proportional to love. Happiness is not something we can buy; it has to be created. Love is not a relationship between nations or people but a condition of mind brought about by serenity of soul. Having the love of someone is very important, because humans are very sociable and it is very important to have close relationships with people you can always turn to. We all need to love and be loved. Show/give more love than hate.

Depression

Is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest, is a very serious common illness? It affects how a person think, feels and behave. Some symptoms are lost of interest in things they love, work, hobbies etc. Expresses a bleak or negative outlook on life. Sleeps less than usual or oversleeps. Eat more or less than usual. Drink more or abuses drugs. If someone with these symptoms approach you, talk to them gently and listen to them. If it’s very serious refer them to a professional for help. Remember being supportive involves offering encouragement and hope. Talk to them in the language they understand and respond to while in a depressed state of mind. Tell them how important they are, ask if there’s anything you can do to help. Let them know they are not alone, you are there during that tough time and mostly show them love. Do not neglet your own health while helping, it can become overwhelming.

Health and fitness for busy people

We all need to take care of our health so we can be fit and healthy even if we are busy. As a busy person making a list is a great way to focus your time on the things you value most, such as staying healthy and fit. You do not always have to exercise for an hour to reap the benefit. This are bullying that takes place over digital devices like cellphones, computers and tablets. It is a repeated behavior aimed at scaring, angering or shaming those who are targeted. It affects the victims badly leading to mentally illness, emotionally drained, sickness etc. Parents need to control their kids while using internet so they won’t become victims of cyberbullying by checking their profile/accounts, teaching them the bad and good of internet and telling them to be free to talk to them if something unfamiliar/ bothering them on online happens.

Sports

Sports are a crucial part of a student’s growth growth and development. They help in the development of mental health and physical fitness of the body. It helps everyone to improve and maintain physical ability and skills. Everyone should get involve themselves in the sport activity even for small time all through the day.

Writing styles

Writing is the occupation of composing text for publication, especially with regard to its style. We have four essential types of writing styles. Expository, this writing is long on facts and short on storytelling and literary flourishes. Descriptive is well, just that it may be actual poetry or simply poetic. Narrative is writing that has a story, characters, conflict and others essential parts of a story and lastly is Persuasive this intends to convince readers to believe in an idea opinion and to do an action.

Music

Music is a collection of coordinated sound or sounds, it produces beauty of form, harmony and expression of emotion. There are some benefits of listening to music like it can buoy your mood and fend off depression. It lowers your levels of stress-related hormones like cortisol and ease pain. It increases happiness. It reduces depression and strengthens learning and memory. You can recall information more efficiently.

Personal Development ( Passions and ambition pursuing)
