Cyberbullying
This are bullying that takes place over digital devices like cellphones, computers and tablets. It is a repeated behavior aimed at scaring, angering or shaming those who are targeted. It affects the victims badly leading to mentally illness, emotionally drained, sickness etc. Parents need to control their kids while using internet so they won’t become victims of cyberbullying by checking their profile/accounts, teaching them the bad and good of internet and telling them to be free to talk to them if something unfamiliar/ bothering them on online happens.

ReplyDeleteKeep the evidence and report it, some website’s expressly prohibit harassment, they will remove the bully from the website in a timely manner. Do not respond to cyber bullying except to calmly tell them to stop. Also be careful not to retaliate. Breathing exercises are all good ways to cope with the stress of bullying.
