Music is a collection of coordinated sound or sounds, it produces beauty of form, harmony and expression of emotion. There are some benefits of listening to music like it can buoy your mood and fend off depression. It lowers your levels of stress-related hormones like cortisol and ease pain. It increases happiness. It reduces depression and strengthens learning and memory. You can recall information more efficiently.

    1. Slow , quiet classic music. For me the sounds of rain, thunder and nature sounds mixed with other music like light jazz, classical helps me relax.
      Listen to happy songs , the ones with the typically positive in lyrics depends on the mood you’re already in.
