DeleteThe truth is that people with busy schedule really find it difficult when it come to health and fitness. The feel exhausted most of the time and time for resting is never enough. So to maintain your health with you busy schedule try to eat cooked food most of the time. Not just kapana everyday. We have no doubt that there are numerous fast food joints near the place where you work and like a moat of your colleagues you are tempted to grab a meal there, that cannot work,,, cook from home and go with a kabaki every single day.
ReplyDeleteExercise regularly, you can even jog 400 meter everyday after work and 25 push up every morning before you take shower.
When you are busy all time, especially when you are working on a computer, sitting for more than 5 hours pls drink plenty of water. Then after dinner get enough sleep, stop watching zee world up to 3am
