Depression

Is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest, is a very serious common illness? It affects how a person think, feels and behave. Some symptoms are lost of interest in things they love, work, hobbies etc. Expresses a bleak or negative outlook on life. Sleeps less than usual or oversleeps. Eat more or less than usual. Drink more or abuses drugs. If someone with these symptoms approach you, talk to them gently and listen to them. If it’s very serious refer them to a professional for help. Remember being supportive involves offering encouragement and hope. Talk to them in the language they understand and respond to while in a depressed state of mind. Tell them how important they are, ask if there’s anything you can do to help. Let them know they are not alone, you are there during that tough time and mostly show them love. Do not neglet your own health while helping, it can become overwhelming.

  4. Depression I really a serious problem if people around you did not find that you are in that state and talk to you on time. However, it's also easy to handle. One should just believe that nothing is permanent in life. Problems comes and go,, always have confidence that nommater how much it will cost ,,, you will find solution to every single problem.

    1. I order to control depression, just get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise regularly. Reach out to family and friends when times get hard. Get regular medical checkups, and see your healthy care provider if you don't feel right. Get help if you think you're depressed.

  5. Depression is a way whereby a person's mood changes completely to the extent of feeling humiliated. Depression is something that we should not allow because it has long term effect to our lives. Indeed is not an easy thing to overcome depression.
